On Saturday 6th August a team of 16 of us are taking part in Total Warrior 2016, which is a 10km run with over 30 obstacles including "The Shocker", "Peaks of Pain", "Death Valley" and "Worm Muncher" in the hopes to raise money for Sunbeams Music Trust which is a cause close to our hearts. We would be most grateful for any donations you could spare and I'm sure there will be plenty of muddy photos of us all to provide a giggle.
