TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Galapagos Conservation Trust is registered with The Gambling Commission for Great Britain and encourages people to gamble responsibly. If you or someone that you know has been affected by gambling, you can contact Gamblers Anonymous at http://www.gamblersanonymous.org.uk

Participation in the 2013 Galapagos Conservation Trust Raffle costs £1 per ticket and all ticket purchases are non-refundable.   In order to promote responsible gambling, each individual entrant is limited to buying no more than 50 tickets in total.

Due to JustGiving restrictions, a minimum of two raffle tickets (£2) must be purchased when entering online.

The 2013 Galapagos Conservation Trust Raffle is open to all residents of Great Britain except employees of the Trust, their agencies and other companies having any connection with the production of the raffle, as well as relatives of such persons.

Tickets are not for sale to or by anyone under 16 years of age.  Any person found to be under the age of 16 automatically forfeits the right to any prize, and stake will be returned upon detection.

Online raffle entries must be made no later than 5pm on 20 December 2013. Any entries received after this will forfeit the right to any prizes. All online ticket purchases will be managed through the JustGiving website.

The draw will be made on 6th January 2014 by GCT CEO Ian Dunn, and will be made in the presence of two witnesses.  The prize is an 8 day Galapagos Cruise hosted by the Galapagos Travel Centre aboard the Majestic. Dates are flexible and will be arranged post draw. Prize is the cruise only, no other expenses included. Winners will be notified by telephone or email.
