I have decided to help raise some money for Wakefield Hospice and quite bluntly I need your help!

Last year my Dad and Grandad both passed away peacefully in the Hospice at Wakefield. I was blown away by the demanding and inspiring work that the staff there carried out on a daily basis. The Hospice helped make that challenging time a little easier for my family and I. This is something I will forever be in their debt for.

On the 28^th of February this year we will be celebrating life and raising a glass to all our loved ones who are now departed. We will be taking over Toast Bar on Wellington Street in Leeds city centre. From 2pm until they kick us out we will laugh and possibly cry to raise much needed funds for this great organisation. We have live music in the afternoon and evening and we intend to go big to make it a day to remember.

Your donation of £8 (£4 for under 16s) will get you a ticket and entry to this inaugural event. This is your chance to be a part of history!

If you cannot make the event on the 28/2 why not donate anyway? Any amount small or large is appreciated and will make a difference.
