This is a serious undertaking and a high level of fitness is required as will be climbing and descending over 10,000 feet, walking approximately 25miles, often over rough ground in the dark with next to no sleep, travelling over 450 miles between mountains.... all within 24 hours!

National Three Peaks walk involves climbing the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales. These are Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon respectively.
