I was 40 last year and I'm actually feeling really good about it! I'm not scared of getting older, on the contrary, I appreciate life. And I'm simply consious that the average life expectancy is about 80 years, that's only 4000 weeks. I'll be reaching a half way milestone (hopefully) and I want to live life to the fullest - never stop learning - never stop trying new things and pushing my boundaries. My philosphy is to DREAM more, LEARN more, DO more and so BECOME more!

Why not JOIN ME in some of the challenges and have some fun. Plus in the process I'd like to help some people who are less fortunate than me and going through a difficult time temporarily. So once again I'm fundraising for Leicester Charity Link. Charity Link help the most vulnerable people in our society and they also run the food bank in Leicester City centre. www.charity-link.org
