Spotlight on Africa is a local charity run by volunteers that makes a lasting difference in the communities it supports in Eastern Uganda.

HSoA focuses on development not dependence and aims to improve lives by providing access to clean water, improving health and education facilities and by providing opportunities to develop the local economy.
