The Challenge:
So in aid of this phenomenal charity, we will be pushing our bodies to the limit climbing the three biggest UK peaks in just 24 hours.
On Saturday 18th June, we will depart Birmingham at the crack of dawn, head to Fort William to get provisions, and begin the ascent of Ben Nevis at around 17:00.
Ben Nevis is the highest mountain in the British Isles. Standing at 1,345 metres above sea level, it is located at the western end of the Grampian Mountains in the Lochaber area of the Scottish Highlands.
With just a few hours to catch 40 winks in the car, our next feat will be Scafell Pike.
Scafell Pike is the highest mountain in England, at an elevation of 978 metres above sea level. It is located in Lake District National Park, in Cumbria.
With the clock ticking, and our 24 hours nearly up, we will muster the last of our strength to climb Snowdon.
Snowdon is the highest mountain in Wales, at an elevation of 1,085 metres above sea level.
Your sponsorship is greatly appreciated and is going to a very worthy cause.
Thank you from all the ABP grads completing the challenge.
