As a society we have pledged £2500 to help support the building of Masjid Alhikmah & Community Centre. This will be Aberdeen's first purpose built mosque. It is something which the Muslim community in Aberdeen is in great need of. A mosque is not only a place of worship but also the centre of the community. It is a place for education, for guidance and for friendship. As students, we are among those that can benefit the most from such a place, especially in light of recent events.
