Academi Wales have pledged to support Shelter Cymru as part of its commitment to volunteering in 2016 by undertaking numerous fundraising events, concluding with Cardiff Half Marathon on 2nd Oct (see www.cardiffhalfmarathon.co.uk/) building on our Gung Ho success in May.

Why are we doing it?  Well, at Academi Wales the team is usually involved in programmes designed to help build future Leaders for the Welsh Public Service - "Great Leadership Through Learning " - www.academiwales.org.uk But as individuals we also want to help raise money to help Shelter Cymru fight against poor housing and homelessness.
