So me and my colleagues decided that we needed a target in order to motivate us into becoming active in 2016. We decided to sign up for 10k race as none of us has done any previous running and we knew this would be a challenge for us and i am still not convinced i will finish!

They have agreed to support my chosen charity the Cheshire Down's Syndrome Support Group, this is a an organisation that offers great support to families with children with DS, both an ex colleague and family member have experienced the groups love and support. 

Any donation would be much appreciated and spur us on to ensuring we cross the finish line!
