After 9 weeks training, we've finally cracked the 'Couch to 5K' just in time to participate in Maccabi GB's Community Fun Run. We've loved getting ourselves fitter and are very excited to participate in the run, especially raising money for British Friends of Boys Town Jerusalem.

It is an awesome charity that takes young people from the edges of society and offers them a first class education together with unparalleled pastoral care.
