I wanted to challenge myself and raise money at the same time and what better way to achieve this than to cycle from London to Paris. Its around 500km, over four days through the lovely Kent countryside, on to France finishing in Paris.

All monies raised with go to the HELP appeal, to build much needed Helipads at hospitals all around the UK. These helipads help save lives.
