The Age Well Group in Blaenau Ffestiniog provides friendship and fun for people over 50 who live the Blaenau Ffestiniog area. It does this through organised activities, exercise  and social well being sessions. These activities include Tai Chi, Art, Bowls, seated exercise and a card players group.  Organised outings and social events are also planned throughout the year.These sessions are organised and facilitated by volunteers for Age Cymru.

The group started two years ago and is attended by local residents over 50. The majority of people coming to the sessions are over 70 with our oldest being over 90. Anyone over 50 is welcome at the Canolfan in Blaenau Ffestiniog on Wednesday between 10.00am and 3.30pm. Additional support can also be accessed through group and is provided by Age Cymru.

All funds donated will be used to ensure that the group can keep running and extend the range of activities available providing a valuable resource for the local community.
