Saving Springtime is an exciting partnership between ERM, Birdlife International and the RSPB, aimed at saving Europe's spring migrant birds that urgently require support.  The partnership is focused on ERM locations spanning Europe and Africa.  Our focal species is the Common Swift, a special bird found in all ERM locations in Europe and Africa and  is experiencing population decline. Funds raised will go towards:

• Providing nesting sites for swifts to help increase their numbers;
• Creating a store of information about swifts that will enable industry and others to help conserve the species;
• Saving other songbirds including nightingale, turtle dove and cuckoo which are equally threatened; and
• Engaging the public and children with migration linked activities.
