Over May bank holiday weekend Sally, Ali, Greg, Carly, Alan, Emily, Maisie and Oliver, will be heading to Liverpool to take part in the Liverpool Spring 1k and 10k runs. 

So you may wonder why we’re embarking on a 10k run, to keep Evie’s memory alive, and to show some of that fighting spirit that Evie had in abundance and to work with Jill and Greg as they selflessly support others who are going through what they have been since March 2015. Liverpool has a special place in our hearts as its where Sally met Evie’s lovely mum Jill.

We hope to raise lots of money for Team Evie in memory of one amazing and inspirational, special little girl. Like the original Ghostbusters, Team Evie started as three but is growing and we couldn’t be prouder to be a part of the team. No doubt we will keep you posted with our training regime…because everyone needs a laugh, don’t they?

Team Evie use the funds of the charity to support children and their families who are facing similar challenges to those Jill and Greg experienced with Evie. This covers a wide range of difficult situations which we hope to make a little bit easier for people.
