We raise funds for mental health projects to advance awareness and understanding

Story

Mental Health is very close to my heart with members of my family having been affected by something that is so common. 1 in 4 young people in the UK experience suicidal thoughts.

As part of World Mental Health Day I will be running the Manchester Half Marathon on 16th October 2016 (barefoot-style). I am doing this to raise awareness of Mental Health and its effects, and raise much need funds for the Anthony Seddon Fund.

The Anthony Seddon Fund is a small mental health charity, passionate about helping people who are living with mental illness and its effects. The charity's aim is to advance awareness and educate the general public, in particular children and young people, in all areas relating to mental health and well-being.

So please support me and lets do something good together! I hope you will donate.
