In 2013 our son Reuben was born, three and a half weeks early, with some serious health issues necessitating his care by all the great medical staff in the Royal Berkshire Hospital's intensive neonatal unit - the Buscot ward. Their support and technical brilliance nursed our baby boy back to full health, and as a result we now have a wonderful, cheeky little boy who thankfully has no lasting effects from the events of those eventful first 8 days. 

I am looking to raise as much money of possible to enable this work to not only continue, but increase their ability to offer further support and care to the babies of the future and, equally importantly, their families during a very difficult and emotional time.

To do this I will be running a number of events in 2016. This will include marathons - 1/2 & Full - road and muddy events! 

To inspire me to run further and enter more events, any sponsorship towards total competitive mileage achieved in 2016 would be much appreciated!

I have started with a target which I think is very modest, and thoughout the year will look to continually increase to achieve the highest possible charity donation.
