I will be tackling the Staffordshire 70.3 in June as part of my training  for The Outlaw Ironman on July 24th 2016. The Outlaw will  be a huge challenge over a distance I have not tried before. To complete this will be a huge ask - 2.4 mile Swim - 112 mile Bike - 26.2 mile Run.
