Celebrating the birthday of Ali and Sue, 3 July 2017

Story

Sunday 30th June

As part of Guildford Samaritans’ 50th Anniversary celebrations for 2013, one fundraising challenge will be the Samarathon, a 25 mile walk starting and ending at Newlands Corner.  The walk will cover Surrey’s 3 peaks: Pitch Hill, Holmbury Hill and Leith Hill.

Carrie, Nigel, Simon and Ali hope to raise £500 to help this worthy charity.

Each year Guildford Samaritans needs to raise £40,000 through fundraising activities to support the provision of this service to our local community.  The branch is run entirely by volunteers so any funds raised will go directly to maintaining the branch.

To find out more about Guildford’s great service, please review their website: www.guildfordsamaritans.org.

So please sponsor us now - we will be very grateful.
