In September 2013 I walked the whole Welsh Coastal path in memory of my son, L/Cpl Dane Elson, a proud Welsh Guard, KIA Afghanistan on 5th July 2009. On 6th June this year I will be walking Offa's  Dyke, approx 176 miles, to raise funds for those soldiers who made it home, but with life changing injuries.

Dane lived life to the full, was very sporty, and was always up for a challenge! I hope to make him proud by completing this challenge, in his memory, for his comrades.
