Hi everybody thankyou for visiting our page! myself, Anthea and Abi will be taking part in the Morrisons Great Manchester 10K Run on May 22nd to raise money for Allergy UK!

The money raised will be donated in the name of my late little sister's name, Shahida Shahid who sadly passed away last January after an allergic reaction turned into an anaphylactic attack and tragically took her life.
Anyone who knew my little sister knew how she had to deal with her severe allergies all her life but her personality shone through her struggle, she was full of life, funny and caring and she was the angel of joy of our lives.
Most of all though Shahida was known for her generosity, she was always giving time to helping people in anyway she could or donating to charity too and this is why raising money for Allergy UK in her name would be most fitting after her passing.

Allergy UK is the leading national charity dedicated to supporting the estimated 21 million allergy sufferers in the UK.  They provide a dedicated helpline, support network and online forum for those with allergy and intolerance.
They also help to educate health care professionals who work with patients with allergic conditions.
There are only currently around 30 allergy specialists in the UK, that’s just one for every 700,000 sufferers.
We want to ensure everybody suffering with an allergy in the UK has access to appropriate care.
