I am collecting donations for the Cedar House Support Group because this seemingly unassuming charity has been doing invaulable work to support mums going through PND ( Postnatal Depression). Liz and Jenni provided a safe environment for me to meet other mums suffering with PND.A crèche facility was also provided at the same time to enable us to concentrate on our recovery. The focus is on recovery for the whole family and the dads also had the opportunity to meet with Liz and Jenni in a relaxed environment ( the pub!) so they understand the nature of the illness and how to cope. The best part is that I have met some wonderful mums who are my new support group! Please join me in supporting the Cedar House Support Group as they support our families.
