We are The Ironman Dave Ironside and The Sandman Sandy Gibson. We are Radio Presenters at Shmufm and spend a lot of our time sitting about, when not dancing, chair surfing and blasting out at the top of our lungs a top tune still thinking X-Factor is calling 

When we needed it Aberdeen Football Club Community Trust were there through their Football Fans In Training Initiative to give us the kick up the pants we needed. A nicer bunch of people you will not find on the planet. Without the Trust we are just a bog standard Football Club. With the Trust we are more, we have a soul, spirit built in family traditions. I have heard those  words before???

So with this walk we would like to say thank you in our small way. Thank you to the volunteers for giving up their time, thank you to the staff who had the inspiration to run with the initiative and thank you to our club who put up the impressive facilities that we were able to use. I will cherish my laps of Pittodrie and yes I did pretend I was Willie Miller holding the trophy aloft...who wouldn't

So any pennies you can possibly give will once again bring happiness to those who just like us...need a kick up the pants
