Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As part of London Freemasons; on my year 2015-2016 in Lodge of Eastern Bon Accord, (7071), I will be raising funds for Prostate Cancer UK and London Air Ambulance.

Prostate Cancer UK

Men tend to bottle up their problems, especially when it comes to Prostate related illness, they deserve better. It’s that simple.

Prostate Cancer UK have invested millions of pounds into research, services and awareness over the last 10 years. It’s the reason they  provide services to men and their families like Specialist Nurses, one-to-one support and information leaflets to create more awareness on this single biggest killer in men, the problem is we still don't know enough.
Prostate Cancer UK are also leading the way in providing prostate education to medical professionals. It’s why "Men-United" don’t take no for an answer which is a cute well worth fighting and raising funds for.

London Air Ambulance

Trauma patients can suffer injuries, which must be corrected quickly in order to prevent death or life-long disability. The Air Ambulance team works alongside the London Ambulance Service to provide rapid, effective treatment as soon as possible after injury. Their advanced trauma doctor and paramedic can perform procedures to relieve pain, straighten broken limbs, perform open chest surgery to restart the heart, give blood and deliver emergency anaesthesia At the roadside. ...within minutes of injury,

They need a 2nd air ambulance and so far £1million has been reached of the £2m pledged by London Freemasons.

A second air ambulance will save even more lives, you never know when you may need it.
