Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Me and my uncle have decided to run a marathon! We have decided to support a local charity and one that has been recently supportive to a family friend. Ashleigh Mills, ex Doncaster belle has recently been diagnosed with MS and forced to retire from football, ending her career. I have known Ashleigh for a few years now, as my sister played football with her at Doncaster. She was a very young and talented player and it was devastating to hear the news when she told us. She has been using the MS therapy centre at Catcliffe on a weekly basis for her Hyper Baric Oxygen Chamber sessions. They are a self funded charity, so all donations will be appreciated. Ashleigh is very overwhelmed that we have chosen to fundraise for  this charity as it means a lot to her.

Ashleigh's story can be read via the following link: http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/35781266

All donations welcome no matter how big or small.

Thanks
