Story

The navigable, non tidal length of the Thames starts at Lechlade in Gloucestershire and flows through to Teddington Lock.

124 miles, 40+ locks over ten days in July 2016. A tub of vaseline, countless energy gel pouches, bananas and cake. Oh, and a thermos of tea in the support kayak.

Good friends and family are supporting me - without their help the swim would not be possible. So you are supporting a genuine team effort!
