On Sunday 15^th May I will donning my Lycra and taking part in Tour De Stroud 2016,  cycling the 65 mile blue route around the picturesque Stroud five valleys which consists of mostly hilly terrain and hardly any time to rest the legs,  

I will be taking part in this sponsored cycle ride in support of the Allsorts charity which is for families who have children with disabilities or require additional needs.
