Story

Monica passed away peacefully in hospital on June 5th at the age of 91. She did not die of cancer, but husband Alan did some years ago and there's still cancer in the family. She did not want flowers at her funeral, but we know she would be happy to support this worthy cause, so please help to celebrate her life by donating what you feel is appropriate.

About the charity

GUTS is committed to detecting bowel cancer early. It's a sad fact that 1 in 20 people will develop bowel cancer; it's the second most common cause of death by cancer, affecting both men and women. GUTS strives to change this - detected at the earliest stage, there is a 90% chance of survival.
