Thanks for visiting my page.

I might not be the worlds best athlete, but I am a huge fan of MK Foodbank - and they have motivated me to sign up for this fun run on Sunday 12 October.

The volunteer team do an amazing job to provide emergency food support to people in real need. But demand keeps growing.

Even with the economy beginning to pick up, there are still a lot of families in Milton Keynes who need help.

About the charity

Milton Keynes Food Bank provides emergency, short term food supplies to individuals and families within MK who hit a crisis situation for whatever reason. The Food Bank aims to fill the gap of days, or sometimes weeks, until the professional care services can come into play.
