Running to save the lives of cats and kittens in Yorkshire

Story

Yorkshire Cat Rescue helps hundreds of cats and kittens each year, providing a safe future for neglected and unwanted cats and helping people who are experiencing difficulties with their cats.

The Yorkshire Marathon is a great place to tell people about the work we do and we aim to have two teams in the corporate relay and maybe some people running the whole marathon or the shorter 10 mile run.

Please support our appeal - the £1000 we are trying to raise will cover our costs and will raise a little money to go towards the vets bills to help the cats and kittens who need us so much.

Personally, I would like to thank you for all donations both big or small; every contribution goes a long way towards helping the amazing work that the Yorkshire Cat Rescue does each year.

Thank you in advance!

Yorkshire Cat Rescue offers a rehoming service for unwanted and stray cats and kittens in the West Yorkshire area. YCR operates a no-kill policy and neuters all cats and kittens before rehoming. YCR receives no central funding and has to fundraise to meet its vet, food and heating bills etc.
