Most of you will already know that my lovely Niece, Asheigh had a tragic accident when she was 18 which left her with a severe head injury. Despite the odds, her recovery has been remarkable and in spite of her disabilities, she manages to lead a really active, full life with fearless determination.

Headway (Salisbury) charity have helped to improve Ash's life (and others like her) after brain injury by providing support for her and her family and organising accessible events. This is why I would like to raise money for them with your help.

I have signed up for The Ealing half marathon. As the event draws closer and my training intensifies I am realising the size of the challenge (I am not a natural runner!!)

Your support and sponsorship, however large or small, will help motivated me to train and ultimately help fund a very worthy cause.
