Unbelievably it's two years since we lost Mark,  the devastation of that loss lives with me every day, taking up cycling has helped me deal with that and raising money for the hospice that provided such great care and support to us, in Mark's name, feels the very least I can do.  

Two years ago Ian, Nigel and Paul cycled through Belgium and raised an amazing amount, last year Nigel, Paul and I cycled 100 miles in a day . 

For this years challenge, Nigel and Paul and I are being joined by Sarah and John.  The five of us will start in Dunkirk, travel right through Belgium into Holland..  That's day one!  We will then cycle back to France to Roubaix on day two and back to Belgium on day 3,. Totalling 250 miles!
