Thank you for visiting my Just Giving page. On the 14th Oct  2016 I will be doing my last major Charity event by taking part in a fundraising event for Capability Scotland by doing the Angkor Wat Trek in Cambodia  This will be a 10 day trek taking us off the beaten track, through paddy-fields, dense forest and villages little-changed for centuries where, as part of a group of fundraisers I will travel across remote trails, into dense forests at high altitude. We will have limited access to the outside world and will rely on each other and out guides for survival techniques.

Capability Scotland campaigns with and provides education, care and employment services for disabled children and adults across Scotland and is a charity close to my heart. My challenge in in secondary to the challenge of creating more awareness of the great work that the charity do and anything you can donate will only increase this awareness.
 I know most of my Facebook friends are in Wales , as most of you know I lived in Llanfairfechan for 30 years and through my Charity work there raised many Thousands of pounds for local charities , although l am now in Edinburgh , l am hoping that you will find it in your heart to donate this last time for this very worthwhile charity
