We fund scientific research to help beat dementia

Story

As those of you who have known me a while will know, running anywhere, let alone a half marathon, is totally out of character - but life is short, so I'm giving it a go.

To motivate me further, I'm raising money for BRACE - an Alzheimer's research charity who raise funds and support dementia research by awarding grants to university-based researchers in South West England and South Wales.  Alzheimer's has hit my family hard for years, it's a horrible disease.  I'm fundraising for research so that we can stop the legacy in my family, and others hit by the disease.
