Hello all,

I am riding the hefty 54 miles to Brighton from London next Sunday to raise money for the Lata Foundation, who do fantastic voluntary work in Latin America.  For example, they organise classes for underprivileged children in the favelas of Rio, distributing clothes, toys and hygiene kits there.  In the Buenos Aires slums, children receive preventative education about dental hygiene, as well as free treatments and restorative care.

If you might be thinking "Ah, Anna's done this before, she'll find it a piece of cake", you may want to think again.  I have also signed up to do The Menorca Triathlon a week later...and it certainly ain't flat!  So spare a thought for my legs (and bum) and donate just a leedle to this brilliant cause!
