The Sue Lambert Trust is a Norfolk based charity providing support for survivors of sexual abuse through services including counselling, practical support and a telephone helpline. Our services are free, are available to women, men and children aged 11+, and are available for as long as they are needed. Having worked along side The Sue Lambert Trust I have seen the valuable work they do for people locally. Unfortunately, as with a lot of our charitable services, they are hugely underfunded. I would like to raise whatever people can manage to donate to help to ensure that people have access to this support when they most need it.

I am running the Norwich 10k on 7th August and some of you will know I have never run a race this distance before. So it's going to be a challenge for the legs!
