Cheralee's memorial fund
In mid July this year a select team of lycra clad hopefuls will attempt the run/wobble/stagger around the 15 mile course that is the ‘Bewl15’ in memory of Cher, our much loved daughter and friend. Is would be amazing if you could please sponsor us as we attempt our latest sporting adventure.
Cher loved working at Quaggy's, as a memorial to her we are raising funds for Quaggy's Development Trust to ensure their excellent work continues and we can also keep her memory alive for years to come.
All proceeds going to the ‘Young Peoples Project' that was set up in Cher’s name and to-date we have raised a whopping fourteen thousand pounds for their excellent work to continue.
Money raised will fund activities run by the Young Persons Worker to support young people living and working in and around the areas of Greenwich and Lewisham. The project is based at 'Quaggy’s Development Trust' where Cher worked, a charity established in 2004 which aims to provide high quality community based activities within the local area. The youth project aims to positively engage young people as a way of promoting their personal, educational and social development.
