Next March I will be trekking through the Himalayas to Everest Base Camp to raise money for the British Red Cross.

The trek will take 12 days and cover 120km and an ascent of 2657m.

Any support you can give for this fantastic charity would be very welcome...as would any kind words or advice for me!!
