My aim is to lose 13.5lb before Christmas, I would like to raise the money for RASA and have given myself 1 month to achieve it. RASA are a charity who provide services for men and women who are survivors of Rape and Sexual Abuse. this service is being extended to children in the future.

RASA holds a special place in my heart, I completed all of my hours training as a counsellor  within RASA and I really would like to give something back and help them achieve their target of £100,000 in 100 days. You never know when someone you know may need a service as important as RASA, and the help and support provided by RASA is second to none.
