Incredible as it seems, to me at least, I was sixty last month. Not as bad as you might imagine as it turns out!

I don't want gifts for my birthday. I have great health, a wonderful family, no major worries and supportive, generous friends. Please instead use my 60th birthday as an opportunity to donate to a charity very close to my heart.

Restless Development do amazing work in the developing world. Their work is high impact and great value for money. A relatively small amount goes such a long way to help those who are so much less fortunate than ourselves.
