Annie sadly passed away on 22nd November 2013, surrounded by the people that loved her the most, her family.

She was a vibrant and vivacious character and warmed the heart of anybody that she would come into contact with.

She spent her last months in the ICU ward in North Tees Hospital and in true northern spirit continued to fight to the very end.

We would like to recognise the dedication and tireless work of the nurses and doctors who looked after Annie.   They provided her with companionship, laughter and most importantly hope.

We truly hope that by raising funds for North Tees Hospital we can ensure other patients continue to receive high quality care and allow as many as possible to make a full recovery and return to a normal life.
