We raise funds for Male Cancer Awareness to increase early detection & save lives

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running the Great Scottish Run Half Marathon in October for Cahonas Scotland, a male cancer charity.

I was diagnosed with testicular cancer in October 2010 and the run will take place almost six years after my diagnosis. I also have my final check up two weeks after the run and I thought the best way to mark the end of my journey would be to push myself to do a half marathon. Those of you who know me know I am not exactly built for running so this will be a big, big achievement.

I would like to thank you for visiting my page and any donations would be greatly appreciated towards a charity that deals with people like myself who have been diagnosed with testicular cancer and other male cancers.

Thanks for your support!!!
