Enter the realm of mid-life! Call it silly or just plain crazy, but we are a bunch of middle-aged, endorphin-addicted, pain junkies always pushing boundaries. On 24 April 2016, we will run the gruelling 42.195km Virgin Money London Marathon for charity.   

With Ironman Malaysia, Ironman Bintan, Tokyo, Berlin, Singapore, Osaka & the 2013 London Marathons our belts, VMLM 2016 will add another feather to our caps.
