Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In 2014 we went to my mother's hometown, Kolkata to bury her ashes in the Christian cemetery which was her last wish.  A homeless child pulled at my cardigan saying 'please Auntie please'.  It was this small act that inspired me to help the poorest children of the streets of Kolkata in memory of both my mother and the Sen family of which my cousin, Rev Noel Sen, had an enormous impact on many Kolkata families.  One of these is Anup Biswas, an international 'cellist, he was educated by a Christian organisation led by Father Matheison and went on to found the  Mathieson Music School in Kolkata.
