Story

The West of England Centre for Inclusive Living (WECIL) is an organisation of disabled people working together to enable choice. They provide innovative services which aim to empower Disabled people, giving them the opportunity to gain choice and control over their lives. This enables them to live independently and participate to whatever level they choose in the community as valued and equal citizens.

I will be undertaking this challenge (SOFINEL Runs) in memory of my late grandmother Pushpa-Ben. She was a kind and caring grandmother who put everyone’s needs before her own.

Information about the event – “SOFINEL Runs 2016”
SOFINEL is the organisation that I work for.

On Wednesday 15th June, SOFINEL employees (including myself!) will set off from our Paris office Running, Cycling, Swimming, Canoeing and Horse Riding our way back to Bristol. This will cover more than 500 km of paths, roads and forests over the course of 3 days. We aim to finish at our Bristol office on the 17th of June 2016.

SOFINEL W (Bristol branch) will be running in support of WECIL and SOFINEL Y (Paris Branch) will be running for Dunes d'Espoir.
