This Thursday I’ll be putting my cheffing skills to the test in the Kitchen Inferno, think 'Hell's Kitchen' with Gordon Ramsey! Its all for the brilliant Jersey Cheshire Home, a home for disabled people which provides a permanent home for 25 severely disabled adults of all ages.

It costs £5000 per day to run and relies heavily on local fundraising, as it is only part funded by the States of Jersey. They do such a grand job, and any wonga you can spare would be greatly appreciated.
