Heres my story....

I rescued a horse called 'Sammy' - Race name 'Same Nerve' back in February last year. Its been a bit rough with vet bills for him, he had ulcers and was quite poor when i got him, and had a nasty kick which split his bum very badly.....After a lot of TLC..... and money.... He is now doing wonderfully. He's got a huge character (which matches his size!)
So i have decided to this run called 'The Suffering' - Which as it says - Is horrendous!
As you all know i'm not the fittest person in the world, so this is going to take a lot of training.
I found The Racehorse Rescue Centre when i just surfing through google.
They do an amazing job for people and horses! I saw there land under feet of water, When reading what they do brought tears to my eyes.....
They help people from injured soldiers, disabled, low income families, ex-offenders, trauma and depression sufferers.
And of course the horses... From the dreaded possible slaughter, retrains them and gives them a future in caring new homes.
So please please dig deep. Every person and every horse deserves a chance. Just because they don't have a racing career, does't mean they have no purpose in life!
