We bring health care and education to people living in poverty in Kenya

Story

While it's great to receive cards and gifts it would mean so much more to me to know that I am helping families who have lost their homes in recent floods get the materials to rebuild their houses, to have bedding and to be fed during this difficult time. Six families will benefit. They are among the poorest in the kenyan village of Bodo and their homes are made from mud and sticks, The Funzi and Bodo trust was started by Sara and i and together we rebuilt and opened the first clinic.Today with the help of friends it is a registered charity that runs medical clinics, pays for operations, has rebuilt schools, runs a computer training centre and has libraries to name some of its achievemnts. It has just opend a birthing centre and is building a kindergarden. So wish me a happy fiftieth birthday on June 27 with a unique and lasting gift.Thank you
