We use the power of sport to tackle youth unemployment across the UK

Story

On the evening of Thursday 14 July, Barclays Internal Audit will

assemble as a highly skilled, highly trained, highly terrified, elite squad of dancers to throw some shapes all in the name of charity. This is a group of people who over the last few weeks have been found dancing around level 2 of 1CP, rehearsing madly for their second appearance at the WIN charity gala. Some of last year’s performers have moved on to pastures new (mainly the royal ballet, and as new professional dancers on Strictly Coming Dancing), but this year there is a fresh supply of dancing auditing talent ready to dazzle and amaze, and maybe slightly confuse …. please be kind to them! .. and remember it is all in the name of charity!

Street League is the UK’s leading sport for employment charity. Youth unemployment is still a massive problem in the UK. More than 1 in 7 16-24 year olds are unemployed. Our programmes support unemployed 16-24 year olds to learn key skills to move into a sustainable job/further training using sport.
