Story
From Saturday 28th January until Saturday 4th February, a group 24 of intrepid explorers, led by mentoring coordinators Nicola Fenlon and Nichola Howarth, Duke of Edinburgh Coordinator Bethany Heatherington, Sports Development Manager Rachel Burke and BLGC fundraiser Nick 'Hoppy' Hopkinson MBE, alongside Club patrons from DRL, Mark Two and various other supporters, will climb the Atlas Mountain range, the largest range of mountains in North Africa.
Funds from one of the Club’s most ambitious charity challenges to date will be directed to the Club's award winning Mentoring programme. Monies raised will in turn be channelled into mentoring for looked after children, providing them with support from a mentor to help them overcome difficulties they may be experiencing.
By making a donation, you can help make a difference to the lives of the young people of Bolton.
